How an appeal works

1. You open the appeal

   The entry flips to verification pending straight away, so anyone reading it knows the label is being contested.

2. We confirm it is you

   A post or DM from the account under appeal. We are not asking for legal ID.

3. You send whatever process you already have

   Most appeals end here. Nothing to schedule, nothing to perform.

4. We look, and ask if something is missing

   If one file nearly settles it, we say which part is thin rather than closing it.

5. Only if that does not settle it: a drawing session

   Live or recorded uncut, on a prompt supplied at the start. This is the last step, not the first.

What to send, strongest first

• A native file with its recording intact — a .clip saved with the timelapse feature on, or a .procreate. This is the strongest thing you can send.
• Layered working files, WIPs and sketches spread over time — revisions, false starts, the mess before the clean version.
• Stream VODs, commission records, published credits — anything with a date attached that was not written yesterday.

Exporting to PSD discards the recording, so send the original file where you still have it.

We are not judging whether the work is good. We are checking that a human made it.
